Yes. You can download anything from your vault at any time, and a full account export (from your account settings) includes everything stored in your vault, not just your profile details. If a vault is very large, the export includes documents up to a generous size limit, and anything beyond that is listed rather than embedded.

As many guests as you need. There's no limit on the number of people you can invite. Each guest gets a personal email invite, with no separate account for them to set up.

You choose, per invite: scope a guest to one family member's vault only, or give them access to your whole vault.

Yes, revoke a guest's access at any time from your vault settings. It takes effect immediately.

Documents are encrypted with AES-256 before they're stored, and unscrambled only when you or someone you've personally invited opens them. There's no public link. Only people you invite by email can ever open a vault.

Every user has their own encryption key, and those keys are themselves protected using AWS Key Management Service rather than stored in the clear. Our own support staff don't get standing access to what's inside a vault: an authorized support session used to help with your account is explicitly blocked from opening vault files, and any attempt to do so is logged.
