Get Bearings Iris
Listing & plans
Listing your community on Iris, plans, and what our team checks.
Iris is the operations platform for care communities: manage your listing, occupancy, and family inquiries in one place, with every conversation routed through Get Bearings. For families, that means verified listings and honest occupancy context, never a cold call.
List your community: Sign in with your work email, add your community, and your listing is live. The free Presence tier stays free. Upgrade to Pro or Premium from your dashboard when you want more visibility.
Listings go live as soon as you add them. Our team reviews new listings afterwards and can suspend one that is inaccurate until it is corrected. This is not an inspection, a quality rating, or an endorsement of the care provided.
Plans & pricing
What communities pay, what families pay (nothing), and how Enterprise works.
For communities: Free basic listing · paid plans from $149/month. For families, contacting a community through Iris is always free.
Presence is $0 for one listing. Paid tiers start at Pro ($149/month or $1,490/year, one community) and Premium ($349/month or $3,490/year, up to three communities). Operating four or more communities moves you to a custom Enterprise quote.
Nothing. Finding and contacting a community through Iris is always free for families.
You're an Enterprise account. Enterprise inquiries go to our team for a quote. Once you're set up on Iris, you can request a custom quote for additional communities right from your dashboard.
There's no self-serve checkout for Enterprise. Pricing is a custom, volume-based quote, arranged with our team after your inquiry.
No. We're independent. Referral fees are $0, always. We never take a cut of an inquiry, a tour, or a move-in. Communities may choose a paid visibility tier, and paid tiers may appear above free listings. That placement is always labeled, never hidden. You're the customer, not the product.
Listing & ranking
Paid placement, suspension, and keeping availability current.
Paid tiers are shown above free Presence listings, and that placement is always labeled as a paid placement, never disguised as an organic result. Within a given tier, order depends on how recently you've confirmed your availability and how complete your profile is, not on how much you pay. Ranking never hides a matching free listing from a family. It only affects order, not visibility.
Yes. If we find inaccurate information on a listing, our team can suspend it after review, until it's corrected.
Once a week, if your listing hasn't been updated, we email you a simple check-in with two one-tap buttons, no login needed, to confirm you still have openings or let us know you have fewer available.
Inquiries & your team
Getting family inquiries, replying to them, and the three team roles.
When a family reaches out through your listing, it lands in your Iris dashboard, and you also get an immediate email notification so you're not left checking a dashboard cold.
Not directly. The notification email doesn't include the family's contact details, so replying to it won't reach them. Open the inquiry in your Iris dashboard and reply there instead. Your conversation routes through Get Bearings, the same way the first message did.
Three roles:
Company admin manages everything for your organization.
Community admin manages just the communities they're assigned to.
Staff have read-only access to their assigned communities.
The same way as everyone else: email us, and a real person on our small team answers.
A note on VA benefits
VA benefits are informational only in Get Bearings. Federal law prohibits charging a fee to prepare or file an initial VA claim, and we don't. No part of the price is for VA claim work. Instead we route you to your free, accredited County Veterans Service Officer, who can help you apply at no cost.
Still have a question?
We're a small team and a real person reads every message. We support by email only, no phone line, so there's always a clear record of your question.
